Nine consumers who allege they were swindled into buying nearly worthless insurance plans instead of major medical insurance may proceed on behalf of a certified nationwide class against Health Insurance Innovations Inc. and Health Plan Intermediaries Holdings LLC, a federal court in Florida ruled.
