A man who has asbestosis and lung cancer did not provide sufficient evidence that he was exposed to or handled asbestos-containing materials provided by the defendant, the Delaware Superior Court held Oct. 5, rejecting his product liability claim. Robert J. Truitt claimed that Crane Co. manufactured, installed, and supplied asbestos-containing products at his workplace, the DuPont Seaford plant.
