The survivors of a deckhand who died of mesothelioma allegedly caused by his exposure to asbestos while working on commercial barges will have another chance to pursue their claims against his employer, after a New Jersey appeals court found triable issues of fact, in an unpublished March 3 opinion (Latter v. 3M Co., 2015 BL 55703, N.J.
