Another Teen Juulers’ Class Action Consolidated in California

Juul Labs Inc. succeeded in getting a proposed class action on behalf of e-cigarette-using teenagers and their parents sent to a court in California.

Sabrina Zampa and her two sons filed their suit in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in November 2018, seven months after Bradley Colgate filed a suit against Juul on behalf of a nationwide class, according to the court.
