Another Monster Energy Wrongful Death Suit Filed

The mother of a 19-year-old sued the makers of Monster Energy Drink June 25, alleging her son died of cardiac arrhythmia caused by excessive amounts of caffeine and other stimulants in the product, according to the complaint filed in a California state court (Morris v. Monster Beverage Corp., Cal. Super. Ct., No. RG 13685028).
