AMC Theatres Customer Withdraws Suit Over Hidden Ticket Fees

A movie-goer has voluntarily dismissed her proposed class action accusing AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. of excluding fees from the displayed price on websites.

Vivian Picciotti on April 26 filed her dismissal notice in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, weeks after the parties agreed to privately mediate the matter.
