Amazon, Others Sued Over Teen Death Allegedly Caused by Caffeine Powder

Amazon and distributors failed to warn consumers and the public about dangers tied to the use of caffeine powder, the father of a teen who allegedly died after ingesting the powder said in a complaint filed in Ohio state court (Stiner v. Amazon.com, Inc., Ohio Ct. C. P., 15CV185837, complaint filed 3/6/15).
