Amazon.com Inc. isn’t liable to insurer State Farm Fire & Casualty Co. for an Arizona house fire blamed on two hoverboards because it was outside the “enterprise” placing them in the stream of commerce, a divided Ninth Circuit panel affirmed Tuesday.
