Abbott, AbbVie Defeat Long-Running Lupron Bone, Joint Suit (1)

A Georgia resident who sued Abbott Laboratories over joint and bone damage she attributed to its synthetic hormone Lupron, then dropped her suit and refiled it 11 years after her injections, can’t escape a time bar under that state’s law, a federal court in Illinois ruled.
