3M Bair Hugger Warming Blanket Suits Sent to Minn.

Federal litigation by patients who alleged they developed infections caused by “Bair Hugger” surgical warming blankets will proceed in Minnesota, headquarters of defendants 3M and subsidiary Arizant Healthcare Inc. (In re Bair Hugger Forced Air Warming Devices Prod. Liab. Litig., J.P.M.L., 2666, 12/11/15).

The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation consolidated the suits Dec. 11 and assigned the matter to Judge Joan N. Ericksen of the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
