Veritas Capital Co-Head of Credit Mark Basile to Depart

Mark Basile, a co-head of credit and capital markets at Veritas Capital, is leaving the firm, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

He joined the technology-focused investment firm in 2017 following a stint at KKR & Co., where he was also part of the credit and capital markets team, according to his LinkedIn profile. Basile previously worked at Barclays Plc.

Basile couldn’t be reached for comment and a Veritas representative declined to comment.
