Verdane Raises €2 Billion for Latest European Growth Fund

Verdane, a lower mid-market European investment firm, has raised €2 billion ($2.3 billion) for its latest growth fund, meeting its initial fundraising target.

The firm completed the final close of Verdane Freya XII, less than six months since the first close, according to a statement reviewed by Bloomberg News. At €2 billion, the latest fund marks Verdane’s largest ever and takes its total amount of capital raised to €9 billion.
