UBS Hedge Fund Solutions MD Oliete to Exit Amid Reorganization

UBS Group AG’s Adolfo Oliete, who led global research efforts at its fund of hedge funds unit, is parting ways with the bank amid a reorganization of its alternative-investments teams, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Oliete, a managing director who also oversaw the unit’s Asia-Pacific investments, has been at the Swiss bank for more than 12 years, according to his LinkedIn profile. The people asked not to be identified discussing information that isn’t public.

UBS declined to comment. Oliete didn’t immediately respond to a message seeking comment.
