One of Two Sigma’s Feuding Founders Returns to Its Top Ranks (1)

Two Sigma’s co-founder John Overdeck is returning to the hedge fund’s management committee eight months after he relinquished day-to-day oversight of the firm.

Newly installed Co-Chief Executive Officers Carter Lyons and Scott Hoffman will retain oversight of Two Sigma’s daily operations, according to a letter to investors seen by Bloomberg. Lyons will step down from the management committee, though he’ll remain a co-CEO.
