Trump-Linked Investors Seek to Build Key Gas Pipeline in Bosnia

Bosnia-Herzegovina began steps to award a strategic gas pipeline project to a company with links to President Donald Trump amid increased efforts of US businesses to develop ties in the Balkans.

Lawmakers of the Muslim-Croat federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, one of two entities that comprise the country, voted late Wednesday to give the project to AAFS Infrastructure and Energy. It’s estimated to be worth hundreds of millions of dollars.

The company is run by Jesse Binnall, a former Trump attorney, and Joseph Flynn, brother of Trump’s former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
