Thoma Bravo Eyes $900 Million Private Loan for Everbridge Buyout

Thoma Bravo is seeking at least $900 million of debt from private credit firms to help fund its planned acquisition of enterprise software company Everbridge Inc., according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Apollo Global Management Inc. and Oaktree Capital Management are among the firms involved in the discussions and Thoma Bravo has already received enough demand from interested lenders to cover the loan’s entire amount, said the people, who asked not to be identified because details of the transaction are private.
