TD Securities Merges Leveraged Finance, Private Credit Divisions

TD Securities has restructured its global capital markets group, by consolidating its syndicated and leveraged finance, and global private credit divisions, according to an internal memo seen by Bloomberg News.

The merged division is now known as global leveraged finance and private credit, the memo said. Managing director Scott Hague will lead this combined effort as head of the department, while Bill Balassone will assume the role of deputy chair, the memo added.

Both Hague and Balassone will report to head of capital markets Grant Miller, the memo said.
