T-Mobile Invests in Two Partnerships to Expand Internet Access

T-Mobile US Inc. is creating two joint ventures in fiber in an effort to bring high-speed internet to more US users.

The company will form a 50-50 partnership with private equity firm Oak Hill Capital to buy and combine GoNetspeed and Greenlight Networks — and a separate equal-share joint venture with Wren House to acquire i3 Broadband — T-Mobile said in a statement on Tuesday.
