Strategic Value Partners has raised about $1.5 billion for its second commingled capital solutions fund, inching closer to its $3.75 billion target, according to an investor letter seen by Bloomberg.
The Strategic Value Capital Solutions Fund II invests in opportunities ranging from private debt restructurings to rescue financings, according to the letter. It’s targeting a net return of 13% to 15%.
