Serial Acquirer Roko’s Shares Gain After $526 Million Sweden IPO

Swedish investment firm Roko AB’s shares gained in their Tuesday debut, marking a strong start for the Nordic region’s largest initial public offering in more than three years.

The firm’s stock rose to 2,089 kronor ($208) per share, 2% above its IPO price of 2,048 kronor apiece. The serial acquirer’s owners including Mellby Gard Intressenter AB and Santhe Dahl Invest AB raised nearly 5.3 billion kronor in the IPO, the company said in a statement. Roko didn’t sell any new stock.
