Scott Graves’ Lane42 Hires Santander’s Ex-Leveraged Finance Boss

Ares Management Corp. alumnus Scott Graves made senior hires from Banco Santander SA and Centerbridge Partners as he builds out his new alternative investment firm.

Former Santander leveraged finance head David Farber will join Lane42 Investment Partners as a partner and member of the investment committee, according to a statement Tuesday. He previously worked at Credit Suisse.

Ex-Centerbridge managing director Victoria Aparece will also join as a partner, leading marketing and investor relations at Graves’ firm, which focuses on public and private market assets across classes.
