Sabadell Hires UniCredit For €1.4 Billion SRT in Project Finance

Banco Sabadell SA is about to close a significant risk transfer linked to a portfolio of about €1.4 billion ($1.65 billion) in project finance and corporate loans amid an effort to step up investor payouts.

The SRT is worth €115 million and it’s being arranged by UniCredit SpA, said people with knowledge of the matter, who asked not to be named on private talks.
