Orrick Boosts Silicon Valley Financial Litigation With Eddie Han

Eddie Han joined Orrick as a partner in its financial and securities litigation group in Silicon Valley, the firm announced Tuesday.

Han brings a strong record of winning securities, commercial and fund litigation in federal and state courts, as well as advising on internal investigations and regulatory enforcement matters. His clients include companies, officers, directors, underwriters, investment advisors, hedge funds, mutual funds and venture capital firms, and his experience spans the tech, life sciences and finance sectors, the firm said.

He joins from Paul Hastings.
