One Equity Nears Settlement With Ousted Executive David Han

Dick Cashin’s One Equity Partners is close to settling with former executive David Han, who last year claimed he was wrongfully ousted and deprived of his partnership stake in the $10 billion private equity firm, according to people familiar with the matter.

The parties have reached an agreement in principle, though it hasn’t yet been finalized, said the people, who requested anonymity to discuss confidential information. The deal is expected to reflect the amount of carried interest to which Han has a legitimate claim, said one of the people.
