Novo Holdings, ACS Back $260 Million Quantonation Fund (1)

Quantum investment firm Quantonation Ventures has raised €220 million ($260 million) for its second fund devoted to physics-based technologies, backed by data center builder ACS SA and Novo Nordisk A/S’s controlling shareholder, among others.

The new fund, combined with its initial €91 million one, makes Quantonation the largest dedicated quantum investment firm globally by assets under management, the company said in a statement Wednesday.

“We’re backing founders and teams building world-changing companies rooted in better physics and driving the next industrial revolutions,” Quantonation partner Will Zeng said in the statement.
