New York Landlord RXR Realty Taps Aegon, TIAA Alum McAndrews

RXR Realty has hired Philip McAndrews in the newly-created role of chief strategy officer.

McAndrews will oversee RXR’s growth into new geographies and aim to broaden its investor roster both in the U.S. and internationally, according to Scott Rechler, chief executive officer of the New York-based real estate company.
