Nathaniel Rothschild Sues Windhorst Months After Backing Him (1)

Nathaniel Rothschild sued Lars Windhorst in London, months after the scion of the European banking dynasty agreed to become executive chair of the German entrepreneur’s investment vehicle.

Rothschild sued the embattled financier after Windhorst defaulted on a personal loan, in a suit that was filed this week. The legal action comes just months after Rothschild said he would become executive chairman of Windhorst’s Tennor Holding, according to a report from the Financial Times in July last year.
