Mobvista Is Said to Halt Sale of Mobile Ad Platform Mintegral

Mobvista Inc., a provider of technology for app developers, isn’t proceeding with a sale of its Mintegral platform for now, according to people familiar with the matter.

Hong Kong-listed Mobvista had been considering a sale of Mintegral since late last year, but various suitors including Bain Capital dropped out along the way.
