Macquarie Is Said to Plan Sale of Polish Fiber Broadband Unit

Macquarie Asset Management is planning a sale of its Polish broadband fiber business in a deal that could value it at close to $1 billion, people with knowledge of the matter said.

The Australian investment firm is working with advisers to solicit interest for the stake in Odin Holdings Sarl, a Macquarie portfolio company that owns fiber-optic network operator Fiberhost SA and broadband internet and TV services provider INEA, the people said.
