Longtime Goldman Banker Robert King to Retire From Partnership

Longtime Goldman Sachs Group Inc. banker Robert King, the firm’s global vice chairman of the investment-banking division, is retiring as a partner.

King, 59, will become an advisory director at the end of the year and relocate to the U.S. from the U.K., according to an internal memo sent Tuesday by investment banking division co-heads Gregg Lemkau and Dan Dees and seen by Bloomberg News.
