KKR Opening First Miami Office in Latin America Wealth Push

KKR & Co. is opening its first office in Miami to support a broader expansion of its wealth-management business in Latin America.

The office will support clients and advisers based in Latin America to help grow the distribution business for private wealth and institutions in the region, according to a person with knowledge of the matter who asked not to be identified. KKR is active in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Peru.
