KKR Is Said to Explore $10 Billion Sale of Atlantic Aviation

KKR & Co. is weighing options for Atlantic Aviation, including a potential sale that could value the private jet fixed base operator at about $10 billion, people familiar with the matter said.

The private equity firm is working with advisers to gauge interest from potential buyers for the business, according to the people. A stake sale or an initial public offering are alternatives under consideration, they said.

US-based Atlantic Aviation could draw interest from airport operators, aircraft leasing companies and some major infrastructure funds, one of the people said.
