KKR Invests in Stirling Square-Backed Software Firm Infobric (1)

KKR & Co. is investing in Infobric, a software company focused on the construction industry that’s backed by Stirling Square.

New York-based KKR will become a significant shareholder alongside majority investor Stirling Square and Infobric’s management, according to a statement reviewed by Bloomberg News. The deal values the Jönköping, Sweden-based company at about €600 million ($702 million), according to people familiar with the matter.
