JPMorgan, Nomura Lead €500 Million Loan for OTPP’s Dental Deal

JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Nomura Holdings Inc. are among banks leading a debt financing package to provide about €500 million ($588 million) for Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan’s acquisition of Spanish dental provider Donte Group.

UBS Group AG and BNP Paribas SA are also part of the lending group, according to people familiar with the matter. A wider syndication to investors is expected to happen soon, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the talks are private.

Representatives from JPMorgan, Nomura, OTPP, UBS and BNP declined to comment.
