Josh Harris’s Family Office Taps Goldman Partner for Credit (1)

Josh Harris, the billionaire co-founder of Apollo Global Management Inc., hired a senior executive from Goldman Sachs Group Inc. for his family office, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

Harris’s New York-based HRS Management tapped Brendan McGovern, the head of Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s private credit group, one of the people said. McGovern is set to join HRS later this year and will focus on credit investing. He’s expected to help lead Harris’s next asset-management venture, the person said.
