Impossible Foods Expands Faux Chicken and Sausage to UK

Faux-meat maker Impossible Foods Inc. will launch its “chicken” nuggets and “sausage” patties in the UK on Thursday.

• The products will be available in more than 300 restaurants and food service stores this month and then expand to thousands of locations within a year, according to a statement from the closely held company
• The rollout will expand to supermarkets later in 2022
