IK Partners Said to to Weigh €2 Billion Sale of France’s Kersia

IK Partners is exploring a potential sale of French disinfection and hygiene solutions provider Kersia, which could be valued at as much as €2 billion ($2.1 billion) in a deal, according to people familiar with the matter.

The European buyout firm is working with Bank of America Corp. to gauge interest for the business, the people said. A formal sale process could kick off later this year, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the discussions are private.
