HPS Hires Former KBRA Global Head of Fund Ratings Narsimhamurthy

HPS Investment Partners has hired Gopal Narsimhamurthy, former global head of fund ratings at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, according to a post on his LinkedIn page.

Narsimhamurthy began working at HPS this month and is on the GP-LP Solutions team, the post said. Solutions for general partners refer to ways that private equity companies obtain financing, while limited partner solutions are ways that investors fund their interests in private equity funds.

A spokesperson for HPS declined to comment.
