Old Parkland, the opulent Dallas office park owned by real estate mogul Harlan Crow, is a coveted space, home to sculptures of America’s heroes and billionaire family offices.

It’s also growing rapidly. On a recent blistering afternoon, construction crews propped up the framing for three new office towers, the tallest of which will reach eight stories in height. A pair of cranes lifted building materials to their upper reaches.
