Verisure Seeks Up to €13.9 Billion Valuation in Sweden IPO (1)

Alarm company Verisure Plc is targeting a market value of as much as €13.9 billion ($16.3 billion) in a Stockholm initial public offering that’s set to be Europe’s largest in three years.

The listing includes up to 245 million shares at a price range of €12.25 to €13.50 as the company seeks to raise €3.1 billion in fresh capital, according to a statement on Monday. Cornerstone investors including Singaporean sovereign wealth fund GIC and Swedish pension fund Alecta agreed to buy about €1.38 billion of shares, the company said.
