Guggenheim Strikes Partnership With Australia’s Luminis Partners

Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking arm of Guggenheim Partners, has formed a strategic alliance with Australia’s Luminis Partners as the US advisory firm continues to expand its operations globally.

The partnership will help bolster Guggenheim’s cross-border mergers and acquisitions capabilities, the New York-based firm said in a statement Wednesday. The two companies will use their network of corporate and financial sponsor relationships to provide a broader range of services to their clients, according to the statement.
