Gridiron Adds Shari Miller as General Counsel, Compliance Chief

Gridiron Capital LLC, has appointed Shari Miller as general counsel and chief compliance officer, the investment firm said Wednesday.

She joins Gridiron from Eurazeo North America Inc., where she served as managing director, general counsel, and chief compliance officer. Miller previously held key roles at L Catterton, Leonard A. Lauder Family Office, UBS Investment Bank, and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae LLP.

She has a B.A from the University of California, Los Angeles and a JD from Duke University School of Law.
