Goldman Hires BofA’s Lacerda as a Managing Director in Brazil

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. hired Bank of America’s Gabriel Lacerda as a managing director based in Sao Paulo.

Lacerda will be part of the investment banking team covering education and health care, Goldman spokeswoman Maeve DuVally said in an emailed statement. His previous responsibilities at BofA included overseeing coverage of education, health care and private equity, regulatory filings show.
