Global Infrastructure Partners is considering scrapping its bid for data center firm AirTrunk and instead joining forces with a consortium led by IFM Investors and New York-listed DigitalBridge, AFR reported Sunday.

Other investors may also join either the consortium or the Blackstone bid, including Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, with binding bids due Aug. 27.
