Genki Forest Said to Seek $15 Billion Valuation in New Funding

Genki Forest, a Chinese beverage maker known for its flavored teas and sparkling water, is nearing a deal to raise $500 million in fresh capital at a pre-investment valuation of $15 billion, people familiar with the matter said.

Investors including Temasek Holdings Pte and Warburg Pincus participated in the new round, the people said, asking not to be identified as the information is private. Coatue Management and IDG Capital have also invested, one of the people said.
