Gaming Company Lucky Bucks Borrows Ahead of Debt Restructuring

Georgia-based gaming company Lucky Bucks LLC has received short-term financing from its private equity backer to tide it over as it looks at options for restructuring its debt, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

The company is packing its unpaid bills from customers into a bond known as an account receivables securitization, which is being bought by private equity firm Trive Capital, Lucky Bucks’s backer, according to the people. The transaction is less than $10 million, the people said.
