FKS Food & Agri Said to Tap Goldman for $400 Million Fundraising

FKS Food & Agri Pte, a food and feed producer in Southeast Asia, has picked Goldman Sachs Group Inc. to help raise about $400 million to fund a business expansion and capture demand, people familiar with the matter said.

The company, which is behind snack brands such as Taro Net and Mie Kremezz, plans to sell a minority stake through issuing new shares, one of the people said.
