Ex-Blackstone Credit Chief Dwight Scott to Join Quantum Capital

Dwight Scott, who helped build Blackstone Inc.’s credit arm into a $330 billion business, is joining energy-focused Quantum Capital Group.

Scott is joining July 1 as executive vice chairman of Quantum, a $30 billion private investing firm, according to a company statement Monday. He’ll work closely with Chief Executive Officer Wil VanLoh and President Ajay Khurana across equity and debt markets in the energy sector.
