EQT AB’s partners netted $2.7 billion through a share sale after the Swedish private equity firm allowed insiders to unload some of their stock earlier than planned in the wake of a huge rally since its 2019 listing.

Executives and board members including founder Conni Jonssonand Chief Executive Officer Christian Sinding sold 63.1 million shares at 370 kronor ($43) each after the market closed Tuesday in Europe’s largest secondary stock offering of the past year.
