The investment firm’s closed-end vehicle, dubbed Diameter Dynamic Credit Fund, will invest as much as 40% in private credit, including direct lending, according to a Wednesday registration filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. It will also invest in bank loans, high-yield bonds and collateralized loan obligations, among other products.
